If I could give this place no stars that’s exactly what they would get. I hired Mr.Cooke to prepare a demand letter for a vehicle I purchased that was experiencing mechanical problems. I Forwarded all my emails to his staff and explained the situation to them several times. They drafted a demand letter and gave it to the process server and luckily I called on that day and was able stop it from being served to the seller of the car. I specifically told them I wanted to review the document to ensure accuracy before sending it and they tried to send it anyway. After reviewing the letter you could tell that it was not written by an attorney and was written poorly with inaccurate information that didn’t even apply to my case.
