Needed a consult concerning personal injury. The secretary was bizarre during the first call, using emotionally laden communication as if, to my understanding, screening me for "red flags", something I attribute to unconsented psychology testing, identifying if I have a real issue, for example, according to my fortitude (such is illegal). The secretary I called on the day of, kept telling me that personal injury means car accident (the other one's I've tried to talk to in the past would say that, plus slip and fall, and upoon a challenge, add medical malpractice). At appointment, I went to confirm there was no consult fee to segue into the depth of info I need, per that consult fees protect the value of the investment, and the dude lectured me about it how he wont do that, and claimed h
