I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Consumer Litigation Associates. While the firm initially appeared helpful and engaged during intake, the overall handling of my matter was marked by prolonged delays, inconsistent communication, and a lack of transparency. I was responsive, timely, and thorough in providing all documentation requested. In contrast, I experienced weeks-long gaps between updates, shifting guidance on what was still needed, and missed follow-ups. Despite repeatedly being told my case was under review and that an attorney would be reaching out, no meaningful progress occurred. Unfortunately, I wasted some time with this firm providing copious amounts of documents and emails pertaining to a shady company violating FCRA laws to their intake specialist. I initially did not want to entertain this firm but decided against better judgment. They ask for a lot over email, never a personal call. Very general requests and questions to see if there are blatant ABC law violations. Very lazy way of lawyering. Ultimately, the review is deserved given my experience with the Intake Specialist, maybe she was trained this way or maybe she lost the passion for the job but there is no customer service, just a cold “next in line” approach to client intake. Best law firm EVER. I came to them due to fraudulent reporting on all 3 credit bureaus and the credit card company. I tried for a year to work this out on my own through the credit bureaus and credit company to no ado. The reason I reached out was due to fraudulent reporting affecting my job and getting fired from the DOD. Mr Leffler was fantastic very personable and great communication to what was going on with my case. Before reaching out to CLA my credit score was in the high 500's, now it is in the 700's. Please do not hesitate to hire this firm, these lawyers know what they are doing and the only ones that has the consumer in mind.
