I called in for guidance regarding harassment from my auto finance company. I received attitude and I was hung-up on from one of the partners (the one that's difficult to understand and mumbles). I was often interrupted, the gentleman (for lack of a better term) even rose his voice in frustration at me for no apparent reason (I thought I was dealing with the hard time) and he eventually said, "Obviously, you know more about this than I do." <click> Well, I'll be spending my stimulus check elsewhere. I won't be receiving any help here. Actually, he made me feel worse. So, 1-Star and a lost opportunity. Not like this will do much. I just thought my experience needs to be shared.

Received a judgement for a credit card l defaulted on over 10 years ago, they were going to take 25% of my wages by garnishing my paychecks. Over the years I avoided the paperwork and didn’t have the money to pay it off. Looking all over the internet for a local consumer attorney to guide me through this situation. Helped settle an abusive collector case. They were very understanding of my situation and let me pay for their services in my own time. If you appreciate their services make sure to pay them. They deserve it.
