If you're looking for a real estate attorney, I'm going to save you some time. We just used Connolly Burger to negotiate a corporate lease, and I can not recommend them enough. Dan Burger is an expert in his field (which, of course, is key). At the same time, he is very approachable and adept at explaining terminology and practices in a relatable way. He was very accessible and responded quickly to my (seemingly endless) questions and emails.
