Called mid November to schedule an appointment to have my estate planning done. Never heard back, but since she was so highly recommended, followed up and scheduled an appointment for December. Appointment was for 1:00. Drove from downtown Boise out to Nampa. As I was parking at the office I received a phone call (12:54) asking if I could reschedule my 1:00 o'clock as they were in a meeting that was running long. Explained I could have if I had gotten more than a 6 minute notice. Decided to go with another firm.
I was very pleased with my experience with Connie Runia. Have recommended her to others. Will certainly call her first if I am in need of legal services.
