I hired this attorney after receiving a speeding ticket in a county about three hours away from where I live. When I contacted the county clerk, I was told that paying the ticket would result in points on my license, but since this was my first offense, I could appear in court and request driving school to keep it off my record. Because of the travel distance and wanting the matter handled smoothly, I hired this attorney for $1,000 after being told he would take care of everything for me. In the end, the outcome was an $80 court fee and mandatory driving school, which appears to be the same result I could have obtained myself. Paid HALF my retainer fee yet they refused to help me postpone a court date until ALL $1500 was applied to them. Had another charge and the second I mentioned it, applying more money or even more work to help me, the attorney cut me off and said they’d be returning my retainer and pretty much not taking my case. Never in any case I’ve ever had have I been treated in such a manner having No previous convictions. I DO NOT recommend them.

Spoke with Mr Conley. He was very pleasant and was able answer all my questions. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

Charging my family $200 for two brief phone calls with no legal advice or contract discussion is not only disproportionate but also inappropriate and unethical. Shame on you.
