Only giving a 1 star because google doesn’t allow a zero star. They show no concern or empathy. I live in FL and sold my house In DE and they never reached out to me for signatures luckily I was in Dover and my agent called me to tell me she hadn’t received a call back in over two weeks. I had to stay In Dover for an additional 30 hours. I went in the morning of closing to sign my paperwork and they did not have any of my information. They didn’t know who held my mortgage, they didn’t have my address and they asked where to send my check and looked puzzled when I said I prefer a wire. My house closed yesterday and I still have not received the settlement paperwork, the wire or a phone call. I left the office at around 12:30pm and Amy said she would call me in about 20 minutes it’s been 27

STAY CLEAR!! If there was an option for ZERO stars, that would have been my choice. This attorney held 10k in escrow for a new septic for a home I purchased. The septic has to be completed within 6 months of purchase of home. It was too be completed by September 2021. After the septic inspection had been completed, that company called the attorney to request the deposit, as was the agreement. No one answered the phone in the office. Many messages were left throughout the month of September. No one ever answered the phone or returned any calls. I started to call myself; same thing . . . no answer, I left messages, no one ever returned any of my calls. I will be going in person this afternoon and I am curious as to what I will find... windows boarded up, lawyer ran off with everyon

Love this office. The paralegals are very knowledgeable and responsive and the Attorney is very accommodating. Sometimes my clients closings are slightly delayed and they make sure we're still taken care of. The Dover office is comfy and fitted into an old historic building. They will also hold closings in New Castle County. There attorney fees are very competitive to other law firms.

If I can give -1 star I would. Stay away from conaty law office. Specially if you are from out. Of state . I live in Northern Jersey and I made the paralegal aware that we were. Coming to Wilmington. De as we need to be present for the preliminary home inspection of the rental property . I was talking to the paralegal that we wanted a deed transfer to our company. She even told me to email her and remind her about signing the paperwork for the deed transfer to my company. We were calling and also emailed as that is the only time we will be in Delaware . She blocked our phone no and our email bounced back .

I’m owed money from a transaction that happened in august of 2023 and it’s now been two months and still not resolved . The answering machine goes to auto receptionist and you leave a number they never call you back. It’s only 400 and change but it’s their mistake and so far haven’t made good on it .
