10/14 No answer on the phone and no one at the place of business on 1st Ave Pathetic

I gave them 5 for helping me with divorce paperwork 3 years back. But a couple months ago, I went to see they can help me with child support paperwork. I got there when they were open, the door was still locked. When I try to call them, no one answered. I left a message to call me back but never heard from them.

The paralegal who spoke with me didn't really seem to care one way or another in terms of fighting for me. Defending me, that is to say. I was appealing a decision that was made by the state of Arizona, and the paralegal that spoke with me just more or less said "You're not within the guidelines, sorry, there's nothing I can do. " I just expected more aggressive and intricate representation. The bottom line was, I ended up doing everything for myself for free on a website and it only took about 20 minutes. My session with this company on the other hand took about an hour and a half, but essentially accomplished nothing favorable.

Negative star! Very poor customer service after the first person put me on hold. I asked one question and got a spiel-no listening required apparently. When I tried to explain myslef I got another run on sentence not answering me. The website doesn't provide much and the hold time is ridiculous. Everything isnt because of COVID, people are just lazy
