Called these folks in a.m. and received a professional call back the same day and a follow -up the next day with additional legal advice/documents. Make no mistake, we as a country are NOT perfect. We have many numerous issues. But this is the BEST country we currently live in. Free Legal advice, Guide folks to legal documents, and potentially represent you in court. Depending on circumstances.

I called just for information, the lady seemed very pushy. I felt rushed. No matter what part of the city you work in you still have to hold some sort of professionalism. Be patient, genuine, and have empathy. Working for such a company involves having patience and empathy not to make people feel rushed and like you just want to get off the phone with them. But they say the world will be a better place, yeah, if we can get human beings to act more humane.

My sister was told that she had a case, but was told by Legal Aid that they don't see her Zip code as being a priority to them, therefore refuses to help her in her unlawful detainer case, so my 3 year old nephew and my disabled sister will be homeless in about 2 wks. Shame on you legal aid!!!

I was denied at other places. It was soon difficult for me to get paperwork. Went to court a few times and had to go back a few times. At this place I finally got the paperwork done. Because of legal aid I have a court date. Not sure how it will go but I was at least able to start the paperwork to get full custody. Without them I would of probably still been searching for paperwork and be lost so thank you!!!!!!. 😊

It took them a year to help and process my paperwork and submit it. Only after I complained to the supervisor was my case taken seriously, But I was rushed. Know I'm finding many errors and poorly done documents. I don't think it was worth the wait. Plus, I was constantly transferred to someone else.  It was the grandparents' visitation paperwork. I got the feeling that they didn't care or agree with grandparents' rights—horrible experience
