WARNING!!! KEN ROSS IS CROOKED!!! Unfortunately for my family he was appointed as the administrator of my father in laws estate. He was completely non responsive and the few times he would respond it was only through email. My father in laws house was put up for sale by a crooked real estate agent that deals with estate sales and partners with Ken. It quickly became apparent what these two guys were scamming. They never actually put the house on the market. They wouldn’t accept any bids from other agents. It never even had an MLS # until we pointed it out. The price of my FIL 4 bedroom house with 2 1/2 bathrooms and a basement in a desirable neighborhood during the height of the market in 2021 was sold for at least $100,000.00 below market price. Fantastic experience getting our wills and estate paperwork in order. Jamie Zaum and Ken Ross couldn't have been nicer and guided us through the whole process, answering our silly questions and making sure we fully understood the ramifications of each decision.
