Their team is truly dedicated to providing excellent service, making me feel confident that my case was in the best possible hands. Within 24 hrs the terminated benefits were reinstated. I would highly recommend not using this company/service. I'm in the process of an amicable divorce and was just asking probing questions, as to what expectations are, so and so forth. She was on speaker phone judging by the quality of the sound and simply said "I'm sorry sir, I have to go" and hung up on me.

I would give zero stars if I could. My family of five — including three daughters (one a newborn), our service dog, and our cat — has been left on the streets because of the complete incompetence and lack of effort from this organization and our attorney, Douglas Hamilton. At first, we had a wonderful lawyer named Howard who was professional and genuinely tried to help us. But once our case was handed to Douglas Hamilton, everything went downhill. He was unprepared, unresponsive, and showed no initiative to actually fight for us. Instead of offering help or strategy, he told us to “prepare to move out.” Despite having an active ERAP application filed with the state, he took no action to protect us or our rights. Colorado Legal Services provides extremely poor treatment towards the communities they claim to serve. Unacceptable, do better.

Colorado Legal Services was a true blessing in my immigration process. Everyone I worked with was incredibly professional, and I had constant communication with my attorney throughout the process. Their support was beyond anything I imagined, and thanks to them, I now have my Green Card. To anyone reaching out: be patient and persistent. They are handling a high volume of cases and sometimes it takes time to hear back—but it’s worth it. Don’t give up!
