EDIT: Their leadership decided that it was best to try and minimize the manipulation that occured via vocabulary used. They decided that the difference between a "consultation," and a, "decision whether we can take the case," are two entirely different things. it's very clear that the company is manipulating easily-created Google Reviews, because everywhere else (Yelp, Justia, SuperLawyers) are all rating them UNDER 2 STARS.
