I am more than happy with the way Ben Fleming fought my case. When he was cross examining the party against me (I'm defendant and a victim of a lie from plantiff in an Intervention Custody hearing), he got in some good zingers that choked her up. He is very smart and was absolutely excellent. I was more than satisfied and would use him again any day in a heartbeat! I didn't even give him much time to prepare, but he did the darn thing! Thank you Ben/Colgan and Associates very very much.

They’ll give you a roundabout price, expect to pay about 5 times that amount. They’ll charge you $56 to read a 6 word email. Apparently it takes them 12 minutes to read it. Charged me about $4300 for one court appearance that took about an hour when that was supposed to be for my entire divorce proceedings. Use someone else is my advice.

Overall a good experience. My case was handled well, and they delivered on everything they said they would do. For the most part, pricing was more reasonable than others in the area. Only giving 4 stars because some of the charges were a bit ridiculous by the end, such as charging $60 just to RECEIVE an email related to my case (email required no action, and my attorney did not even respond to it). After I had already paid $2k+, that extra $60 charge just felt petty.

I was recommended here by a friend back in 2019. Felt like my counsel didn't really care much about my specific case. I had a lot of unanswered questions and phone calls. Seemed pretty much like the legal advice I could've gotten from a court appointed lawyer. Would not recommend.
