Andrea Chapman helped achieve what we thought was almost impossible. My parents were victims of fraud by a solar contractor who misled them and fraudulently opened an PACE/HERO loan account in my parent's name. The contractor created a fake email account, applied for and opened a loan in their name which created a lien on their property. The lien caused their property taxes to quadruple yearly. They are elderly and are on fixed income so the added expense created a major hardship for them.
