I was disappointed in our closing experience with Coleman & Coleman. From the very beginning, I found myself needing to initiate every conversation and follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. There were delays, a lack of communication, and overall very little sense of urgency. With so many closing attorneys to choose from in this area, I would recommend considering an office that values your time and business.

In my seven years in this industry, I have rarely encountered communication as unprofessional as what I experienced with Christina. When I called for an update, she responded with immediate attitude and a condescending tone, stating she had “no update” because she had just received the loan documents that morning. Christina — that is an update, and a basic one at that. This level of dismissiveness and lack of customer service is unacceptable in a client-facing role. Effective communication, even when information is limited, is the foundation of good service — and that foundation is completely missing here. I received my manila envelope sized documents in an open letter sized envelope with all the legal documentation sticking out of the envelope. PII completely exposed to everyone. Worried I am missing documentation and/or will be a victim of identity theft.

Fired from my real estate transaction due to preventing my sale from moving forward and almost lost my new home. Took forever to receive updates and paperwork. Was told I could pick up paperwork but upon arriving, it wasn’t completed yet and I had to wait in the waiting room until it was done. Was asked to come back to the office multiple times for one document because they forgot to have me sign certain lines. There was no work around at all concerning my pending home’s title… they just said they weren’t comfortable moving forward and left us stranded. Never again.

I’ve closed over 50 real estate deals . This attorney and closing was by far the worst experience I’ve had it took 31 days to close a cash deal. Not to mention the closing was 3k . All my other closings are around 1500 . Go else where
