Scott, Micheal, Liz( who from my understanding is from the Ft. Myers office), and their entire team were the absolute best lawyers to have on our side. They were so understanding and compassionate with us as it was our first time ever going through the legal system. They are all passionate about their work and did everything they could to defend us. If we ever had a question, no matter day or night, were prompt with their response and made us feel completely at ease. Highly recommend this firm for anyone that needs a defense firm and wants a firm that will do their due diligence with respect to research about the entire case.

CSK has horrible communication. In a case where they were attempting to consult with me, they NEVER returned my calls. When I gave them details about the attorney who initiated the process of contacting me and retaining my services, they would say, "He no longer works here," as if that was relevant to the questions I was asking. If I were a potential client or an expert witness, I would not consider working for them as they lack the common decency to contact people: I reached out to them multiple times over the course of a year and they never called me back.
