Mr Coles Secretary is not very reliable when it comes to doing her job. She does not follow through with return calls, messages, or scheduling appts. It's been 4 wks and still have heard nothing back, I have called and called, left messages and still nothing. Finally after 4 wks I talked to Mr Cole and he told me his Secretary would call and schedule an appt. And..... not the first call. Word of mouth goes along way Mr. Cole and for someone that has been around for years, you obviously don't value your clients anymore. because, if you did you would make sure your staff is doing their job correctly. Ignoring future clients will not help your business. HIGHLY unsatisfied! Very poor Customer Service!!

Depends about appointment. I went without an appointment but I just needed a deed redone. The receptionist was very nice. Took my information and said they would call in about a week...

I can't say anything about the attorney because the staff don't give any kind of information. Probably the attorney would have more clients if he had people who care about their job and treat potential clients with respect.

83.00 for quick 10 minute advice, was not happy
