“How do you know an attorney is lying? His lips are moving.” Steve McKenzie jokingly said this to another lawyer outside family court with me one day. Unfortunately, he wasn’t wrong. From the beginning, I had my evidence meticulously organized in OneDrive, accessible to him for over a year. I understood he had other cases nearing trial, but when I asked him to review and approve documents for the Guardian ad Litem (GAL) two weeks before our meeting, he brushed it off. This led to the GAL receiving information she didn’t need to see, which should have been saved for court. I’m not a lawyer and relied on mine to guide me. At mediation, I learned he had represented my ex-wife’s mother when my ex was a child. That was a huge red flag, but starting over was financially impossible at that stage.

Would not recommend these attorneys for any real cases. Service dogs violations and medical cases seem to be outside their scope of practice, real estate and ambulance chasing seems to best fit this firm. Considering they have no regard to even give a call back

Worst service from Steve McKenzie, I hired him for my divorce now almost 4 years ago. He never used anything that I gave him as evidence. Apparently he has a problem with women that when thru domestic violence and fight for her rights. Besides he yelled at me couple times without a reason, obviously anger problems. Mentally his not ok. So if you are a woman and need to file for divorce, he is not the right person for you. Also he will let you know a day before for your court day.

Very professional service. Always open to suggestions and willing to educate on the law. My family has used this firm for various services and Mr. McKenzie and his staff have always shown compassion and grace.

I was referred to Mr Steve Mckenzie due to the city/location of my charges by a previous attorney I had used in the past who I very much appreciated.. Mr. McKenzie was very Professional throughout everything. I would just like to thank him personally, his law firm, their Support, their efforts, and for their much needed help. Also, I just wanted to make sure that anyone else who may be looking for a really good attorney knew that they can definitely trust that Mr. Steve McKenzie is well worth the investment. The ONLY thing that I can warn against is that he may not always be in contact as often as you may expect or as often as you would like (probably due to being very busy) but he DEFINITELY comes through in the long run... and to me personally, THAT is all that really matters.. thanks yo
