Coen Wexler and Wentz

I have never had an Attorney more knowledgeable about the Probate laws of the State of Ohio. Mr Wentz and his staff always went the extra mile to solve the maze that Covid thru in their faces. The pandemic has increased the Probate process since Government workers were/are working from home. I have recommended this firm to several friends and relatives and all have been pleased!

What should have been a simple estate for my father has been anything but. These guys will take everything they can and over complicate the process. I’m sure Covid has also played a role. My father passed away in May. The process is still going on in November. I’ve been told so many times we are almost finished. I would not recommend them or would discuss the financial aspects up front. I would steer clear of probate court in general.
