I was guilty as hell. I obtained Mike. Went over every air tight process. I know everyone says this but Hanover county had no evidence. The judge said this in court. On my first appearance in court Mike lied to me about DNA on a cigarette. I never had a lawyer lie to me before so I took the plea. Please anyone who reads this. Lawyers are allowed to lie to you...you can fight the bar for years...they will issue a investigation & reprimand. Mike lying to me was my fault. Anyone who reads this...don't listen to these people. Don't think motion for discovery has to have anything in it other than some general stutt. Don't let these lawyers scare you or bully you just because your another piece of paper on his desk he wants to get rid of. Wait until it goes upstairs or wait until you know everyt
I was lucky to get him as my court appointed lawyer, unlike most court appointed lawyers, he really put in effort from the very beginning and I can honestly say he is a great lawyer! Would definitely recommend.
