Susan Clouthier is brilliant. I hired her years back to attempt to fix the appellate lawyer's mistakes. Great lawyers are hard to find, and the process is too much trial and error. I wish I had started off with her instead of her being my second appeals lawyer. The first made all sorts of procedural errors. (Never hire an appeals lawyer in family law that wants to do a factual sufficiency or legal sufficiency review. Guaranteed to lose.)
