I will never use this man again. He tells you it will cost this much money then send you a bill for thousands of dollars that you had no idea you owed.. You pay him for filling the paperwork and notching else. You do all the work and turn in all the paperwork then they lose it. Then they expect you to get it again so you pay him for doing ab Absolutely nothing. Plus he is very rude if you allow it..

This guy sucks. He is so rude and judgmental, expensive, and takes forever to get a job done. May I recommend Ward Steven B down the street, they're cheaper, more polite, and get whatever you need done in a timely manner! Don't waste time or money with this man, go to them!!

Very easy to accomplish the land contract needed. Mr. Wilson was very nice and personable. The reasonable cost is a major plus in this day and age. Recommended to all.
