Clay County State Attorney

Very helpful and everyone you talk to is polite and if you have the leave a message for someone they quicker to return a call than a doctors office would. They are willing to help in anyway they can with certain cases. The newest state attroney is very knowledgeable and willing to take time to explain either your own options or options of the other party involved. They are fairly easy to reach and if leave a message you don't get dismissed or ignored by any one that working there, unlike other counties have dealt with.

Just take a look at the dockets, just see what you think. Literally, very disappointing to know safety in our community is not even a priority.

The police report I was looking for does show that a statement was completed but it is no where in their system. I was told to make a request with duval county records (per state attorneys office). Nothing. So I suppose someone's statement just got tossed in the garbage. Staff member was very helpful but loosing evidence is very unprofessional.

Was transferred 3 times until I was finally placed where I needed to be. Was told that I needed to leave a message but that the ADA would reach back out to me within 24 hours. That was a week ago.
