David Clark is a total scum bag. I paid him a large cash retainer and then he refused to return my phone calls and emails for weeks on end. Every time I called his office the secretary would just tell me he wasnt there. He would not tell me what was happening to my case and when I finally hired another attorney I found out he never even filed with the court to represent me months later!!!! So pretty much he took my money and ran. My case had be moved from a misdemenor to a felony weeks prior and he never bothered to tell me so I was shocked when the new attorney informed me of this. Thankfully the new attorney I hired was awesome and my charges were reduced and later dropped completly.
