Clark County Family Court

I was helped and guided tremendously during a trying process of a family issue. The staff the at the court were super helpful answered all my questions, helped me go through the docs making sure all papers were filed properly and there was a nice lady helping with the notary need for free. Also I would like to give my kudos to the clerk and legal specialist Tim Vigil who was super kind to email me about the hiccups I had with e-filing, which made the trying process a bit less painful.

Just another place where fathers are annihilated. TPO's are being handed to the mothers like they're candy with no proof or evidence whatsoever, and without asking the father to hear his side of the story too before issuing it, and I don't know why this shameless evil practice is not a public outrage. The "best interest of the children" is NOT cutting the children off from their fathers by issuing baseless fake TPO's to keep the father away from the house where the children live just to keep him away from the mother because she lives there too.

Needed help with a TPO and Holly Roys waited until Friday 10 minuets before they close just to tell me it’s her court and that she’s denying me. She denied me 3 times and was rude each time. The girl who was harassing me was finally arrested 4 years later. I have 4 years worth of harassment I’m suing Holly on. Buckle up Holly the paperwork just started in removing you from office. All the girls in the office have attitudes and are unwilling and unphased when asking for help. These girls think they’re untouchable but they make less than 30k annually they’re really bums in an office that ignore phones and laugh at the people who really need help. We are making a change. These girls will have to find new jobs including Holly Roys

Lovely police to get your exercise as you get passed around from Information, to clerk, back to information, to self help, back to information, and then wait for another clerk. Totally unhelpful and rude. The bathrooms were absolute disgusting, toilets clogged, trash everywhere, locks that don’t work. It wouldn’t be so crowded if the employees weren’t inefficient and unhelpful. A almost 4 hour trip could have been one hour max if the employees would cover their bases.

Extremely rude. Was hung up on 3 times! I tried to ask a question and she kept talking over me. She would not shut up in order to get a question answered. The question was a general question about receiving a video stick from a hearing.
