We met Attorney Clark after strong referrals from administrators at Appalachian State. We needed an attorney to help with the legal quagmire of settling our deceased mother's estate. (There is nothing worse than the state of NC piling legal issues on top of grieving by surviving children). Thankfully Attorney Clark eased our frustration with clear communication, the highest level of competence and above all, compassion for the process. Now we have a clear strategy for moving forward with the estate, and we have back-up help when we need it. My partner and I meet with Angie Clark. She was fantastic she answered all our questions and told us step by step what we needed to do. She is very friendly, helpful, and definitely a professional. Sharon went above and beyond during the busy holiday season to accommodate my closing by doing the closing on a day they don’t normally do closings. I wasn’t charged extra for it and she was warm, personable, and responsive to every email I sent. I will use them for any future needs.

When my sister’s eyesight failed and other disabilities occurred it was Ms. Clark that encouraged her to prepare a medical power of attorney …a crucial document as her disabilities became worse..   After her death I engaged Ms. Clark to help me as the Executrix to carry out my sister’s wishes as described in her will.
