I had an accident on January 3rd and an appraisal and I have not been contacted further or been given any information to contact anyone else further. The only number is a number that goes to voicemail and I’ve left dozens of them and still nothing. I would like to speak to someone about my accident.
The absolute WORST agency. Never answers their phones, right to voicemail.You are better off emailing them.
