I contacted the law firm to find out if I had a viable suit about a fall that I took in an airport in the Midwest. Denise, the intake person, was extremely kind and thorough and was very honest that this Connecticut firm may not be able to help. She quickly got back to me to say that no, they were not licensed in the state that this happened. She then offered to connect with a law firm that her firm would recommend to follow through on pursuing a suit. To me, this went above and beyond. I’ve been feeling very overwhelmed with the entire situation and she made me feel listened to and helped without any benefit to her firm.
