I wanted to share that I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the entire team at City of Oaks Law. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and respond in a timely manner. Real estate closings can be stressful. But Dean, Sara and team are a constant source of relief throughout the closing process. Plus they had water and peaches at our last closing! Highly recommended!!

Above and beyond incredible customer service! I had an extremely unusual complication with my closing and my sellers made it impossibly difficult on us (while I was 8 months pregnant). Dean and his team at City of Oaks not only identified the problem just in time, but also worked tirelessly (without charge!) to fix the problem and help us close just in time! He has continued to be a responsive and always helpful resource even more than a year after closing when I had questions and issues. I couldn't recommend them enough!
