I contacted this company about an issue I was having with my accountant. I just wanted to know if this was something they could even help me with. Greg wasn't even sure they could do anything with it. He researched and contacted me back and let me know they could. After his estimates on cost and recoverable amount we decided to not press the issue. Greg never discussed charges with me. which I'm fine with paying for his time but his invoice of 2 hours of work for a 15-minute phone call is completely off. I tried contacting him to discuss this through email, and 2 phone calls to his office with no response. A simple 5-minute conversation with me over the invoice was all I was looking for. Very un-professional. I would not recommend at all.
