I paid this person $500 for an appeal, but he never filed it. I had to chase him down, and eventually he admitted he hadn’t done it, citing health issues. Unfortunately, he kept the $500 even though the appeal was never completed or filled correctly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend his services.
Christopher Ferrara is absolutely the worst lawyer I have ever worked with. He will take your money and disappear. Will not respond to your emails or calls. I ended up doing all the work myself and had to constantly remind him of deadlines. He didn’t even bother to show up for the closing. Grossly negligent and very unethical.
