This place use to be amazing and constant with their work. But now days. It’s a mess. They can’t get anything right. The lady in the front is clueless. She has to run back and forth to set a time. There other places that will be more than happy to help you. They have hidden fee. I ask what was the additional fee. They say it was an accident. But if I didn’t know better, I would have pay that 681 dollar accident

I would give them less than one star. They are the most unprofessional lawyers I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Mr Christian had a condescending attitude with our family several times at meetings. He appeared totally unprepared with certain information. His para legal Crystal did most of the work of course. But she would give us dates of completion for things and it would be weeks later. The most unprofessional frustration of the entire experience was that you could leave numerous message for her to call and she did not do that. Executors of estates need help and they rarely made an effort. Very, very unprofessional.

I would not even give this place one star. I trusted them with the closing of my house and they did not pay my loan off. I received a letter from my mortgage company stating my house payment was late two months. I had to call Christian & Associates and THEN they made my loan payoff. So now my credit was hit 62 points due to two month late payments. Thanks for such a wonderful closing on my house. I would not recommend this place at all.

Assistant Joshua Chun has the people skills and personality of a brick. It's as if asking questions for clarity was an annoying bother to him, for one. And two he couldn't answer the questions anyway. I get that you're an assistant but shouldn't you be able to answer basic questions relating to the law.
