After almost two years and having to purchase a new vehicle because the one I had was totaled and all the doctor visits all wnd after all was said and done they took almost half of my settlement money after telling me multiple times the cost was 30%. When I spoke to the paralegal when I picked up my check and expressed the fact that it didn’t seem right or fair that they had taken half of the money the response I received was “ok”. They hardly keep in contact with you I had to call them to see if anything had changed. Would not recommend and if you do decide to use their services I suggest you make sure that it’s CLEAR how much they are going to charge you. Smh if I could give 0 stars I would.

Seeking advice with an issue pertaining to county ordinance, I was met by a receptionist who was condescending and rude. As I was trying to explain the urgency she repeatedly interrupted me. After she was not willing to check with "[Von]" on an appointment (because his secretary was out), she asked I call another law firm and gave me the name of Krase. Frustrated, I said thank you and she just cut me off and hung up. Very rude and unprofessional to say the least.

Hired them to represent me for a CAL Fires citation for tall grass on my property when i was out of the country. Lost the case and charged me 5 times the agreed price just to show at a hearing. The secretary felt bad knowing they inflated the bill. $75/each 2-3min phone call, including consultation. I would have saved thousands by not hiring them as the citation was not very expensive. Live and learn, get it in writing, don't trust smooth talkers.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! They were very good at first and did help me win my case... but... When I hired them we agreed to 25% of my award if I win or $6000, whichever was less. So I won, the court auto withholds 25% (over 12,000), pays the lawyer their amount (should have been 6k) then is supposed to pay me the rest. The problem started when my lawyer died during my two year case. Someone else in their firm took over and I was told nothing would change. Well the courts rejected their payment due to technicality of the original lawyer dying. The new lawyer then AFTER my case was won filed to keep the entire 12k that had been withheld instead of the 6K I had agreed to!!!! They are saying it is legal since my original contract is with the dead lawyer is voided, but to me that is a huge b

Good customer service. Very professional from the receptionist to the attorney. They called me today as promised. My questions were answered clearly & was not rushed. Very much appreciated. Thank you very much!
