I hired James Christensen (Jim) in March of 2016 to resolve an ongoing situation I had with two other attorneys. My matter involved some ethics issues, a civil lawsuit involving a $250,000 insurance settlement and disputes over legal fees. After speaking with various law firms, I was fortunate enough to be referred to Jim. I was impressed by Jim for multiple reasons. He was very knowledgeable about the laws pertaining to my circumstances and had a sense of the current legal trends in Vegas. He was not intimidated by my case like other attorneys I consulted. Jim didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear instead he told me what I needed to know. He explained alternative approaches and realistic outcomes. Although he was peer recommended for having the type of experience for which I needed counsel, I found Mr. Christensen to be very agitated, abrasive and disrespectful during our brief phone consult. He called me back a second time after reviewing a document I emailed. This time he was even more agitated and continued to interrupt me if I tried to offer information outside of his direct line of questioning. His demeanor was obviously intended to intimidate. However, I was turning to him for help. He accused me of not being a good listener, but he was the one guilty of not listening. After all, I was the one with the details he needed. I would not recommend this person unless you enjoy being browbeat with every conversation.

Hands down, one of the best attorneys in the State of Nevada.
