If I could give him zero stars I would. This is the most honest review you’ll see, as I am not even the one who hired him. I went up against him in court, on my own. I had evidence, he came, on behalf of his client, empty handed, unshaven, in a suit that doesn’t fit him, and pretending to be hard of hearing. He stood next to me, I wear hearing aids, and acted as if he couldn’t hear a thing. He will take your money, he will humiliate you, and you will lose. You have a better chance defending yourself. He does not respond to emails, he does not follow through with any commitments made to you or the judge. He is cheap because he is a fraud. A joke. Pathetic. Useless. His only good reviews are his family, that is very telling.

Hired Kevin end of 2022. Gave him $1000.00 deposit up front as he said he was 200 per hour, we only sat down for a few 20 minute sessions and court was a little over an hour. He doesn't return phone calls or respond when I try to get the remainder of my money back. He notified me with less than 24 hours of my court date for the next day so I had to scramble with work last minute, when we got to court the opposing lawyer stated that she only received the documents I submitted to him over a MONTH ago that morning before court. When he emailed me with court information he sent me someone else's court information title with their names so I had no idea the documents were for me and disregarded them as spam. Don't hire Kevin is a crook we hired him back in January 2023. We never got a call to come in to do paperwork that we needed to fill out we gave him evidence very strong evidence and when we fired him because we knew he was working with the other lawyer mr. Santoro it took him ten days to give us back our and most of the good evidence was missing, he kept saying that the other attorney old him a favor he never gave us a receipt for the money we gave them never sent us a letter in the mail and you only give us back $250 from the $800 we gave him I called the bar association they're going to be sending me paperwork I'm turning him into the bar association don't hire this attorney you'll be sorry he said he knew the other attorney very well used to work with him and they did this before toget

Attorney Chisholm did an terrible job handling my case. I had to switch attorneys mid case. He was THAT terrible.
