My kids and I were in an accident in November 2024. It's been almost two years, and I haven't received an update on the settlement. Mark Chiozza stopped communicating with me a year ago. I have been calling, and no one seems to know what is going on. Now they are talking about a court date. Brian Chiozza had a very rude attitude and didn't listen to any of my concerns. I'm just ready for this case to close because these people are a joke. They will have you waiting, ignoring your concerns. Don't choose this law firm, they have a lack of communication. Find somebody who doesn't play around with your case.

I really appreciate Brian Chiozza and his team for all their help. They made everything easy and handled my situation with care and professionalism. I'm beyond frustrated with this whole situation! My accident happened back in July, and I called in October to tell them to wrap up my case because of family issues. Now it's December, and we're about to enter a new year! I reached out to their office two weeks ago for an update and left my name and number, but guess what? No response! I even called again and got absolutely nowhere. I've never dealt with a lawyer who ignores their clients like this! I'm stuck waiting on this case to finish while I'm facing eviction, and they seem completely indifferent, just going about their lives as if I haven't been trying to get in touch. This is completely unacceptable. I will NOT be coming back to this firm!
