David and Micheal were awesome with helping me get an amazing deal for my lemon of a Jeep. Expect to wait months for any response in communication, if you get a response at all. Told me the day before the court hearing that he would not be there and an associate I had never met or communicated with before would be representing me. Does not respect clients’ time.
