I hired Joel to handle a business purchase for me in 2014. I paid over $15,0000. Last week I was evicted in court over a misplaced comma in a document. This is exactly why you hire a lawyer - to protect you. To find out that I could be evicted if rent was even one day late - because of a comma - was extremely disappointing. Ten employees lost their jobs and my business is now scrambling to move to a new location.
