How is this guy still practicing law???? Nearly assaulted me in his office years ago when I had retained him for a personal injury case when my son got attacked by a dog, because I criticized him for asking his wife, who is not even an attorney but just works as his receptionist etc., for advice when he couldn't figure out what to do years ago during my son's personal injury case I had retained him for, because of his apparent state of mental decline.. he was literally pleading with his wife asking her "What should I do?' As if he was going to his mommy to ask for help. It was truly pathetic and truly unprofessional and I will never forget it.
