David Frost took my $750 to complete my I-140 refiling and did NOT complete the paperwork! Instead he tells me that he is preoccupied keeping illegals out of jail and wanted to charge me an additional $200 for advice. Advice that turns out to be outdated when I consulted with other attorneys. Even gave me a handwriiten contract and he operates from his house. Now in the process of seeking a recourse of action to finally recover my money! It still burns me to this very day that I was taken for a ride!
