Awful!!! Hired Holly Meyers for adoption, paid up front. She didn't even file the adoption for over a year. Phone calls would not be returned from her or staff. When we went to the office for answers, she would threaten to charge us more. It took 17 months to finalize even though we had custody of the children for years. We had to ask about each step to find out what needed to be done, such as background checks, etc. She even filed under the wrong cause #. She never notified us of court dates, my husband had to check the court docket online a couple of times a week to be aware of court dates. She told us from the beginning that we would not need a home study because we had already been given sole custody of the children by the courts. If I could leave a negative star I would he is very rude he hung up the phone on me .turned out the lights on at the courthouse. He doesn't want to hear your opinion at all. He said I was acting as a child. He is useless in my book. Hiring him was definitely a mistake

I had a really complex child custody case with my baby boy in 2021. Carter Meyers was the only lawyer out of the dozen I talked to that Summer that took an interest in the case.
