Our bank recommended mr. David as our closing attorney for our HELOC. He did his job well and explained all of the complicated paperwork that we had to sign. I felt that he is concerned and interested To help direct us. I would recommend him to other people who have real estate closings.

If zero stars were a option it would be accurate. David Chard law firm was a problem from the start. Countless promises for closing dates which failed again and again. Continuous lack of communication. Unprofessionalism throughout the entire process. Promised a final closing date then left the office early and didn’t tell the other side so the closing was delayed again. Cost my wife and I thousands in lost wages, storage unit fees, amongst other things. My honest review to anyone reading this is... save yourself time, money, and extreme headache by avoiding David Chard law firm. At this point I’m sure any other office in the greater Charleston area could provide better work and professionalism than Mr. Chards office.

Terrible to deal with. I HIGHLY do not recommend if you want to close on time. He makes promises and then does the opposite which has caused loads of stress and loss of money on our end. VERY unprofessional.
