I recently had an unfortunate experience with Chapman Law Office, specifically with Lora, the receptionist. Her demeanor was consistently rude and condescending throughout our interaction. Rather than offering assistance or addressing my inquiries in a professional manner, she displayed a noticeable lack of patience and courtesy. This negative experience overshadowed my impression of the firm and made me reconsider seeking their services. A more respectful and helpful approach from the front desk would greatly enhance their client relations.

Scott beautifully took care of a traffic matter for me, at a very reasonable price, without me having to appear. It was such a load off my shoulders. Very reasonably priced as well! Also his assistant Lora was very helpful.

Secretary is very rude claims laywer doesn’t know about law proceedings

Very bad Lawyer he stole money from me!! I took him to arbitration and won. But he did not pay!! If I am lying sue me for defamation of character!!
