I retained Maggie for my divorce and instead of fighting for me and taking my wishes seriously she would try to manipulate my decisions through suggesting possible negative outcomes. This was also done by her when I was trying to get an order of protection when that also became necessary. She suggested that I let the threats and incidents go in the name of the possibility of the other side being more friendly in the divorce proceedings. She would have me risk my safety in the name of this remote possibility. Needless to say I retained a different lawyer, received the order of protection, did not compromise on the things important to me and came out a winner in my divorce. Unfortunately she got some of my money for doing nothing but stressing me out.

I had a consultation with a lawyer here in January. I was told that they would do some research regarding my claim and get back to me. Here we are almost 4 months later and I haven’t heard a peep. A few months back I tried getting in touch but they were never available and never returned my calls. What exactly did I pay the $50 consultation for? I’ve decided to just move on and not pursue and legal action but if you are going to tell someone you will do something and get back to them it is extremely unprofessional to not do so.

Robert is a very thorough attorney who always protects his client in a most professional manner. He is fair , thorough, honorable, and prompt. He handled a trust for my widowed sister in law and the backed that up with a special needs trust for her son. He also handled two real estate deals for her without the complications and expenses normally associated with such transactions. His associates Joyce, Christa, and particularly Nancy mirror his professionalism and a heart of service. Myself and my sister in law could not be more satisfied.
