I was recommended to this law firm from my chiropractor. I have injuries from an accident where I am not at fault. I am very impressed with the thoroughness of the assistant, Malorie, who took her time to make sure I understood the process and how they would be able to help me. She interviewed me on the phone, recorded my detailed information, and completed the paperwork I needed to start my process. She made sure to answer all my questions, and was so honestly friendly I felt incredibly comfortable talking with her even though this is a terrible and stressful situation I’m in. I appreciate her willingness to help and intelligence. I feel comfortable moving forward with this law firm based on my first interaction with Malorie. Helpful from the start. Research starts with paying attention. When one is attentive to the people that receive financial compensation for services rendered, and the philosophy behind their wares, it will be obvious whether or not the potential transaction is worth it. I have not decided to use Chaney Law Firm, P.A. but I honestly believe they would do anything in their expertise to help out regardless of situation. Really, all anyone has to do is read the words on the website to see their heart. Highly recommend them!

FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY! My dad died 07/'22, Will was read in Aug. and it's 04/'23 and Nothing! has been done since, by this so called lawyer that my dad used for many years. No forms turned in to courts, no debt notifications put in the newspaper. I've left numerous messages for a call back, text, & email. I'll watch for carrier pigeons if I have to but communication is necessary. He is full of excuses & double talk when my sister went to see him in Feb. If u could rate them less than 1 star I would. Completely uncaring & unprepared. After feeling completely confident the entire build up to trial, then dropping the ball between Taylor & Don, only for them to casually suggest to us to file bankruptcy once we lost. I would suggest you use ANYONE else, but this law firm. If you’re on the fence or something doesn’t feel right, go far away from this office!!!!

They got great people and pros that know what to do and they get your case taken care of and in a timely matter. Would recommend for all your needs that they provide.
