No correspondence from this firm at all, they don’t call you to let you know anything about your case, you call them , your so called paralegal is always in a meeting and they claim they will call you back, and never call, I had to send over the same paperwork 5x To 5 different people because no one was updating the paperwork as received. and I want whomever it is that’s responding to these reviews to say they reached out to me because that would definitely be a Lie, I’ll upload my whole call history from August of last year when I first retained this firm and it shows no calls coming in. No emails no nothing. Then when you finally get someone on the phone after calling multiple times, they can’t even give you an honest explanation as to what is going on with your case or why aren’t they

Will never do business with again. They talked me into signing with them and then gave me to an attorney that did not have my best interest at heart. They are great at lying to get you to sign with them. If they are not gonna make sure you have a case before blowing smoke up someones backside then dont take cases. Then tell lies for 5 years. I have everything in black and white. lies and all the wasted time from the attorney that they met cases out to. They made my life miserable and anxiety filled for five years and for nothing. Go to a smaller firm where as a client you will matter! The only up side. The half butt work they did they did for free. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! This will be escalated!
