I am leaving this review to document my experience so others can make informed decisions. CGA Law Firm issued a refund check for the consultation that was knowingly mailed to the marital residence, despite the firm being aware that my husband was the only party at the residence. At no point was I contacted to confirm or update my mailing address prior to issuing the refund check. As a result, the check was sent to the marital home location where I do not reside and where I do not have access. I was later informed that the firm could not void and reissue the check until it was physically returned to them, creating unnecessary delay and financial hardship. Had mail forwarding and rerouting back to Postal Office not been active, the funds would have been delivered to the marital residence

I came to CGA Law Firm during an extremely vulnerable time, seeking legal help for a family law matter involving coercive control and domestic abuse. I paid $250 for a consultation, expecting guidance, clarity, and advocacy. Instead, I received vague questioning, no direction, and no substantive legal support. The attorney I met with offered no clear plan of action, and at one point even asked me “what we should do” which was incredibly disheartening coming from someone I was paying for professional advice. At another point during the consultation, the attorney made a highly inappropriate and disturbing remark that left me shaken. In addition to the individual attorneys I’ve previously reviewed, I feel it’s necessary to highlight the broader pattern I experienced while seeking legal help in Cumberland County, York County, Pennsylvania and another attorney in July 2025 (Dauphine County) . The interactions I had with multiple attorneys in this region consistently revealed deeply concerning behavior ranging from unprofessional conduct and incomplete consultations to referrals within the same insular attorney network, where there appeared to be little intention to provide actual representation or assistance. I thought this place was great! I contacted them because I have a neighbor who leaves their trash out all over the yard, and now I have rats! But it turns out she's disabled and can't afford her home anymore, so Idon't want to sue.I spoke to a Paralegal (left a message, actually) and never got a returned phone call. Attorney Rohrbaugh is easily the single most well-versed attorney in her field of practice that I have ever encountered.
