Attorney Neterval was extremely rude, accused me of lying about my income and charged me beyond the sliding fee scale based on what I had the ability to make if I were working. He then dropped me as a client when I pointed out an error that was made on the previous ordered he completed. I worked with a different attorney years ago at this organization, Luis Garza, he was great but since then I’ve had consistent poor experience with Joe.

Web site says open they never answer the phone and if you go to the place doors are locked poor service

I’ve had a good experience before, but whomever the receptionist is that worked 2/22/2022 is not a professional individual at all. She cuts off people mid sentence and when she misunderstands because she didn’t catch all the info, she gets frustrated. She just needs to take a breath and work on her listening skills. I’m hopeful she will be given the training to improve.
