Customer service could be better when it comes to Kimberly. I see other not all good reviews for her also. She did help with breaking the contract between my city's housing authority&apartment building. The work was finally done in my apartment&etc. More friendlier&patient attorneys through legal aid I definitely dealt with. I shouldn't get that you're impatient,have an attitude, or even take the side of who I'm reporting when I'm the victim.

The lady working in the front really didn't seem like she wanted to do her job. I had to pressure questions out of her, for to get the proper answer.It was awful. It's mainly probably because I was white. I'm tired of being racially profiled on all the time.

Legal aid attorney Kimberly B. is not worth your time all she does is over-talk you refuses to let you explain and keep saying we not talking about that that's old as she said or that in the past I told her I want to explain it's a pattern and lay down a foundation so she can understand and she said we only talking about now. She definitely not a people person she old and stuck in her ways. She sit there and explain what the average person all ready knows. I am still trying to understand what she does besides tell you what is obvious. So if you looking for help try Richmond office because she just there faking I thought the organization really wants to help people and I was told it's a waste time and I found out it was. Also I want to say this is not a reflection on everyone in the office

Petersburg LA refused to take our case even though we qualified for income. Our rental house has been sold, and a predatory owner-developer is trying to force us off the property although my partner has undergone recent leg amputation, is in rehab, and we cannot move immediately. We are in danger of losing our possessions and pets; we have been told by PLA that we 'have no case' and they have declined to give us any type of legal representation. This seems outlandish, but apparently there's nothing we can do. The day I stopped by the office was closed (after having been closed all week prior due to Columbus Day), and the receptionist was quite rude about refusing entrance.
